Being someone who's seen over a thousand films now, it wasn't too hard to come up with a story for my film opening project. I've come up with set of three stories that i am willing to adapt. All of these stories are psychological thriller. My story ideas are mainly subconscious and are inspired by the kind of movies i like to watch. My two favorite genre are 'thrillers' and 'dark comedies'. My stories are inspired by films like 'the Exorcist','Prisoners'.i've grown up watching these movies,they are a huge influence on my mind and my creativity. some stories that I came up with were too advanced to execute on a low budget. After some brainstorming,i've finally settled on a story idea that I think would be fairly easy to execute on a low budget and would not take much time to shoot.

Their were many names in suggestion for the film opening.but,I wanted one name would convey the theme of horror and suspense.  One name that would not be too long.So my teammate and i came up with a name that was perfect. we have decided to name it "REVENGE".This nsme is perfect as it helps us to convey the sense of suspense and horror in one word.

The above video is a film opening seen produced and directed by an Alevel student.From my evaluation it was a good piece of work.Camera angles were used accurately which illustrated the closeup scenes and others quite efficiently.However,their were few scenes like "when the girls were going to sit on the bench" type cameraman should have taken a low angle shot with a mid closeup shot on the bench which would have made the scene classy. Sound composition and editing was done nicely with less to no glitches in between. Editing work was done elegantly and their were smooth transition between scenes.Also the intro of the film was good. Thats my so-far evaluation of this film opening. I will be posting more film openings for researching and for learning basis.
